FiSH - 10-13, MAY 2012
FiSH - Festival im Stadthafen Rostock (Festival in the city harbor Rostock) - is an annual spring event for the young german film scene, starting from 2004. Federal competition JUNGER FILM is in the focus of attention and consists of the best non-commercial short films of the year with the publicly changing jury. SehSterne with its films, reports and documentaries from and about Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania), sparkles nearby.
Our FiSH special - an international guest country window - is a forum for ambitious young directors from one of our Baltic neighbors, changing from year to year. In addition, Medieanstalt M-V and the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture give the Medienkompetenz-Preis M-V for the best media-educational project of the land.
FiSH attracted more than 4.000 movie fans to the city harbor of Rostock. The festival is under patronage of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Prime Minister.

Neue FiSH-Website auf der Karte

In diesem Jahr servieren wir neben einem frischen FiSH auch eine frische Website. Fans der Alten wird der Umbau aufgefallen sein. Und natürlich gilt, dass sich auch dieses Eichhörnchen mühsam von Nüssen ernährt. Bis hier alles steht und funkelt, vergehen voraussichtlich noch ein paar Tage. Wir bitten indes um Geduld und versprechen dafür, euch regelmäßig mit heißen Infos aus dem Festivalbüro zu füttern. Schließlich läuft der Countdown und es passiert beinahe täglich Weltbewegendes.
