Alle Einreichungen, die nach dem 15. Januar bei uns eingehen, berücksichtigen wir für den Wettbewerb im nächsten Jahr.

Conditions of Participation
Each author can participate in the film program OFF Latvija if he recognizes the regulations of the Festival. Entitled to participate are non-commercial movies, max. two years old, with the durability not more than 30 minutes. Non-commercial film (following called film) is that which has acquired in connection with no economic contexts. Once a film is fed to commercial purposes he retires from the festival. In terms of this provision, a filmauthor is the one who makes films and has no commercial interest in this activity. Filmmakers have to be not more than 27 years old at the time of the film completion, which also applies to the members of youth film teams. The are no registration fees. In case of a large number of submissions, a pre-selection jury makes the decision about the admission to the Festival. Each contribution receives a certificate of participation.
The legal action is excluded. Each submitter of a movie is responsible for ensuring that any third- party rights are not violated. All rights in the film remain with the author. With the recognition of the provisions of the Festival the author agrees that his film is going to be broadcasted at the open channels of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for the Festival reporting, used for communication within the meaning of the Festival and copied for the archive of the Institute for new media. Furthermore, the author’s permission is required for making copies. The demonstration copies of the movies have to be presented to the festival in DVD format. The participation of other formats require the previous vote with the Festival host. Each suitable film has to be on a single disk. The material has to be handled carefully and gently, but the organizer shall not be liable for the damages of any kind or for any lost. Disks must be legibly and durably labelled with information about the film title, name and address of the author, and duration of the film. Final provision: By participating in the film program OFF Latvija, the authors acknowledge the conditions mentioned above.

Dalības noteikumi
Jebkurš filmu autors var piedalīties filmu programmā „OFF Latvija“, ja tiek ievēroti visi festivāla noteikumi. Dalībai tiek pieņemtas nekomerciālas filmas,kuras ir uzņemtas ne senāk kā pirms 2 gadiem, un nav ilgākas par 30 minūtem. Nekomerciālās filmas ( turpmāk sauktas par filmām) ir filmas,kuru mērķis nav pelnīt. Ja filma ir pārdota komerciālos nolūkos,tad tā nevar piedalīties festivālā. Šī noteikuma dēļ,autors nevar gūt komerciālu labumu no uzņemtās filmas. Filmu autors nedrīkst būt vecāks par 27 gadiem filmas pabeigšanas brīdī, šis noteikums attiecas arī uz cilvēkiem,kuri strādajuši filmas komandā. Reģistrācijas maksa nav jāmaksā. Gadījumā, ja tiks iesniegts parāk liels skaits filmu, iepriekš izvēlēta žūrija pieņems lēmumu,kuras filmas izvēlēties. Visi filmu iesniedzēji saņems sertifikātu par piedalīšanos. Katrs filmu autors garantē, ka netiek parkāptas nevienas trešās personas tiesības. Visas autortiesības paliek filmas veidotājam.
Ievērojot festivāla noteikumus,autors piekrīt, ka viņa filma tiks pārraidīta atvērtajā Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania kanālā festivāla reportāžas ietvaros, tāpat tiks izgatavota kopija,kura glabāsies jauno mediju institūtā (Institus fur neue medien) Rostokā,kā arī autors atļauj filmu kopēt. Demonstrējamā filmas kopija filmu festivālam ir jāiesniedz DVD formā. Gadījumā, ja filma ir citā formātā,savlaicīgi jāsaskaņo ar festivāla organizātoriem. Katrai filmai jābūt ievietotai atveramā diskā. Pret disku jaizturās saudzīgi un uzmanīgi, organizatori neuzņemas atbildību bojājumu vai zaudējumu gadījumā. Uz diska virspuses jābut salasāmai šādai informācijai – filmas nosaukums, autora vārds un adrese, filmas garums. Piedaloties filmu programmā „OFF Latvija“ dalībnieki piekrīt visiem festivāla noteikumiem.
