The organization of the festival will take place through the festival and project management office of the Medienwerkstatt Rostock.

The BDFA competition will be aligned through the film club “Monte Video” in the BDFA registered association, which sits in the Medienwerkstatt Rostock in the IFNM (Institution for New Media).
